About OpenFence Neighborhood Network

Based in San Leandro, California, OpenFence.net was started by Wayne and Jill Gregori to provide simple online tools that would help bring friends, neighbors and local businesses together in an effort to build a passive funding source for local elementary schools.

The goal is to create a symbiotic system where schools, residents and merchants benefit equally in a cycle of positive interactions that helps build friendships, relationship and partnerships within our local communities.
